The technical person in charge of the first-class highway and the construction project containing tunnels and extra-large bridges has the title of senior or above in highway engineering, has rich engineering experience, and has served as the technical person in charge of two or more highway engineering projects; The technical person in charge of highway construction projects of Grade II and below has the title of intermediate or above in highway engineering, has rich engineering experience, and has served as the technical person in charge of one or more highway projects or the technical personnel of two or more projects;

4. The first-class highway construction projects should have more than 5 engineers and technicians with intermediate titles or above in highway engineering, and the second-class highway construction projects should have more than 3 engineers and technicians with intermediate titles or above in highway engineering.
